Two weeks ago I decided to go into the city and do something with myself, so I participated in Scott Kelby’s 3rd annual Worldwide Photo Walk. I found the walk via one of my favorite social media websites – Twitter. I saw a tweet from @philly_bits and I decided to look into it further.
There were several walks around the city, but I chose to participate in the Old City Genaro Orengo and there were 49 photographers registered to walk, but I don’t know how many that actually participated.
Anyway…
This is my first edited iMovie video, meaning I added some text and a couple of transitions.
It’s not perfect (actually it’s very sloppy), but I’m happy that I:
1. participated in the walk (social activity)
2. asked the organizer if I could interview him (social activity bordering on journalism)
3. sat down in front of my computer and attempted to edit the video (overcame laziness)
4. uploaded it for the world to see.
Only one of my pictures from the walk has been uploaded so far and it’s on my photography website.
Well, here is the video…
