There’s that awkward moment when you’re standing in the grocery store and you can’t remember if you own a can opener. This is an awkward moment for everyone, right? RIGHT?

Ok, so maybe it’s just me. However, my solution to my need for tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste was to purchase the items in boxes. I’m thinking boxed tomatoes are probably fresher than canned tomatoes. Whose with me on this one? Come on…you know you want to believe it, too.

So tonight I shall attempt to make crockpot spaghetti sauce with these boxed ingredients. (FYI, the beef is not boxed.)
