Dear Electronics god, There are so many things I need! (Need actually means want in this instance.) 1. New SLR and lenses (maybe a Canon this time) 2. A quality video camera – prosumer or above 3. Lighting kit 4. Photo and video processing software 5. A desktop Mac 6. A new external hard drive (or 2) 7. A comfortable… Read more →
I don’t remember where I was going on this day, but I feel as if this is a post I could have written today. I started blogging on Myspace on August 14, 2006, and when I go back to my Myspace blog I see that I was more emotionally expressive than I am today. It also looks like I was… Read more →
This morning I was searching through my trunks to find my old 90s hats for an upcoming party. I opened the wrong trunk and found Christmas decorations and an old notepad. Thinking that it was odd for me to have single notepad mixed in with decorations, I decided to flip through it. It seems I haven’t changed much in 13… Read more →
The image was captured before I moved to Atlanta, so I am placing it around 2005/2006. I remember the days of going to the Latta Arcade for lunch. I was in center city Philadelphia one day and saw a mural.
People seem to like this one. Does it make you hungry?
This is my first edited iMovie video, meaning I added some text and a couple of transitions.
It’s not perfect (actually it’s very sloppy), but I’m happy that I:
1. participated in the walk (social activity)
2. asked the organizer if I could interview him (social activity bordering on journalism)
3. sat down in front of my computer and attempted to edit the video (overcame laziness)
4. uploaded it for the world to see.
I drove up to New York this week to support my friend BeaTru. This was only my second visit to Harlem and while things were slightly familiar, it was still intriguing to me. Yes, it’s dirty and kinda smelly, but I can understand that the volume of people living in the area would be a huge contributing factor.
